Statement on Cleaning Protocols
As a valued guest of The Canyons Collection we thank you for your loyalty and trust in us during your travels. The comfort, safety and health of our guests and colleagues are always our top priorities, and especially in light of the increased uncertainty around COVID-19.
Here at The Canyons Collection, we are taking the greatest care to be sure that your stay with us is both enjoyable and safe. We have reviewed and enhanced all aspects of our operations to create a safer environment for both our guests and our staff during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We are committed to staying up to date the latest information on the pandemic, and we will continue training our staff in the best ways to operate in a safe manner. We will also continue to update this page with any new policies or information as it becomes available.
• Each guest room is treated using disinfectants recommended by the CDC to treat known pathogens in all guest rooms and public common areas.
• Removal of in-room items that may allow for the transmission of COVID-19, including hotel directory, magazines, pens and notepads.
• Gloves and masks will be worn by housekeeping staff when entering or cleaning guest rooms. No staff will enter your room during your stay unless requested.
We are currently offering a choice between a hot breakfast or cold breakfast. At check in guest will decide which breakfast they want and at what time they want to pick up the breakfast. Breakfast is served starting at 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Breakfast is handed to guest by a team member wearing a mask. All breakfast is packaged to go. Guest have the option to take it their breakfast back to their rooms to enjoy, eat in our outside patio, or eat in our dining area.

We remain committed to offering you flexible booking options. Given these unique circumstances, we are making additional adjustments to our individual booking policies to give you extra peace of mind.
All reservations booked with a Canyons Collection property that are scheduled for an arrival date prior to May 1, 2020 for Domestic Travel and June 1, 2020 for International Travel, can be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival.
All reservations booked with a Canyons Collection property that are scheduled for an arrival date after June 1, 2020, can be rescheduled, cancelled with a $15 cancellation fee that can be applied for a future stay, or issued a credit voucher for the amount paid for a scheduled arrival of up to one year of current reservation.
If you cancel a rate which required a deposit or payment in advance, we will do everything we can to process your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds (which may be vouchers where required by local law) may take up to 90 days for hotels to process from the date of cancellation. Reservations may be changed without a fee but may result in different pricing.
